Our company has two of the most modern and largest 5-axis waterjet cutting systems in Switzerland, which are specially designed for demanding tasks. With an impressive support surface of 3,010 x 8,500 mm, they offer sufficient space for large-format workpieces and enable a high degree of flexibility when processing a wide variety of materials and shapes. 

Our cutting systems are capable of processing steel sheets with a thickness of up to 150 mm. Thanks to the precise control and the extreme power of the water jet, we achieve outstanding cutting quality. The high pressure output ensures gentle material processing, as there are no thermal influences on the workpiece. 

This technology is ideal for use in areas where traditional cutting processes reach their limits or where the cost of other methods is disproportionately high. Waterjet cutting technology is particularly advantageous for complex contours, tight tolerances and different material thicknesses. The process is also extremely environmentally friendly, as no toxic gases or vapours are produced and the cutting media - water and quartz sand - is recyclable.
